 Starting off the day too early with heat packs on my neck back and hip.  It was a great day for n me yesterday beautiful sunshine lots of runs good turns on great snow. Heckin wimdy though

I just wound my way through emails and websites at 5 am on a Tuesday morning, on my phone no less. All stuff that would have been phone calls or letters and photos earlier in my life. Technology is amazing and a bit scary anymore. 

But really the most extraordinary thing is that in sitting up in a bed of my second marriage to a wonderful beautiful woman drinking coffee and reading a nothing novel. And pretty okay with my life. Am I still just marking time till the end or am I living a life?
